All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
How long until I receive my order?
In-stock baby bedding is shipped Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours of ordering. If we are out-of-stock, we will call you immediately. Custom baby bedding items like curtains, valances and more are non-returnable and require your authorization and payment before we sew. Our custom baby bedding takes approximately four weeks to ship.
If a product is not immediately available (which is pretty rare), we will call you with an estimated ship date.
We ship UPS, Federal Express and USPS Priority Mail. It is important that you enter the correct address for shipping. UPS and Federal Express do not deliver to PO boxes. If you enter an incorrect address that must be changed by UPS, you will be charged the $12 UPS change of address fee after shipping. We ship USPS for small items and to Puerto Rico and USPS/Canada Post to Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states over $50. There is a small freight charge on orders under $50. All orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii have a flat rate of $9.95 on all orders.
Important Note on Canadian Shipments
All Canadian orders have a flat shipping rate of $35.
Taxes and Fees: Shipments to Canada from the US can incur an additional shipping charge in addition to any applicable taxes. Our products are made in the USA, so orders shipped to Canada qualify as duty free under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
However, note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes such as Canadian Goods and Service Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec Sales Tax (QST) and Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). These taxes can be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We find that those are waived when shipping USPS/Canada Post.
