All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
In-stock baby bedding is shipped Monday-Friday within 48-72 hours of ordering. If we are out-of-stock, you'll get an email or a phone call from us immediately. Custom baby bedding (items made custom for you) is non-returnable and requires your authorization and payment before we manufacture. Our custom baby bedding takes approximately two to four weeks to ship.
Most home bedding orders such as duvets, euro shams, and bedskirts are custom made and take approximately two to four weeks to manufacture. In stock items include a variety of twin comforter sets. Our “twin” is an oversized twin which works for both extra long and regular mattresses.
If a product is not immediately available, we will notify you by email or a phone call of a back order and an estimated ship date.
We ship UPS and USPS. It is important that you enter the correct address for shipping. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. If you enter an incorrect address that must be changed by UPS, you will be charged the $12 UPS change of address fee after shipping. We ship USPS for small items and to Puerto Rico.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50. There is a small freight charge on orders under $50.
