Liz and Roo offers wholesale accounts with the following requirements and policies.
You must have a brick and mortar store in order to open an account with Liz and Roo. We are a wholesale baby bedding supplier, but Liz and Roo baby bedding is also sold online. The following regulations apply to Internet sales:
There is a strict minimum pricing policy (MAP) for all internet sales. Our wholesale baby bedding set/separates pricing will be provided once your account has been set up. Retail prices match what is shown on our website.
Stores who violate this policy will be given written notice. We have the right to close the wholesale account for violation of policies.
No third party Internet sales are allowed. Wholesale customers who violate this policy will be removed from our system.
Wholesale customers may determine all pricing for their brick and mortar stores (non-internet advertised).
Ordering Dates/Delivery for Liz and Roo Made in USA Baby Bedding: In stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours. Special order items take four to six weeks.
Shipping: We ship UPS, Federal Express, and USPS Priority Mail. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Drop Ship Fees: We will drop ship to your customers for a $6 fee. This charge is levied in order to cover the cost of pick/pack/ship and ship materials.
Use of our Photography: Liz and Roo is the sole and exclusive owner of all photography on its website. Stores must be granted permission in writing to use our photography on their websites. Stores will be given access to dropbox. No store will be given permission to use our photography until meeting the opening minimum. We ask that you do not use our photography online for items you do not stock. Please do not copy our website copy verbatim. This hurts SEO for both of our websites.
Return policy: Defective merchandise may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Damage caused by display (wear and tear or sunlight) are not returnable.
Payment: Payment is due upon shipping. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express plus Paypal. Our payment policies allow us to keep our prices below our competition.
Sales Tax: We do not charge tax on wholesale orders. We must have a copy of your reseller tax ID number on file before you can sell our products.
